About us
We are Jerónimo and Mercedes.
We were born among olive trees. In Andalusia. We've had toast and olive oil for breakfast every day of our lives.
We love olive oil so much that it has been part of our family's way of life for many years.
Mercedes works as a consultant, helping to improve the quality and production of Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils, providing tasting training, and serving as a judge for numerous national and international awards. Jeronimo is passionate about Extra Virgin Olive Oils and a born entrepreneur, who has made their shared dream come true.
This project was born to answer the question we get asked most by our friends, family, and acquaintances: Where can I find good olive oil?

Mercedes is an international taster and judge, as well as a quality consultant at IADA Ingenieros, where she helps producers produce high-end oils.
We are producers
We have been producing olives for many years, both on our farm in Baeza and on family farms in Málaga and Jaén. These olives end up in premium olive oils.
We are professionals in the sector
We have a direct relationship with brands and oil mills. We know the stories behind each product and work closely together to enhance the brands' efforts.
