With a Mediterranean spirit, Molisabor Frantoio comes from Frantoio olives grown in the lands of Jaén. Its aromatic profile and balance make it a versatile oil, ideal for enhancing everyday dishes with an elegant touch.

Variety originating from the Italian Tuscany.

This EVOO is obtained from the Llanos de Ochoa Estate in the municipality of Baeza, owned by the Jaén Olive Oil Mill.

Very aromatic EVOO, with a fruity note of yellow apple and bitter almond, reminiscent of almond liqueur. Notes of banana, fruit, and pastries with hints of cinnamon.

The palate is sweet, then bitter, and finally, a growing spiciness reminiscent of chili peppers. The aftertaste is of banana and almond, with wild herbs, with a slight bitterness and almond notes.

Ideal in fresh salads, bruschetta, pasta dishes with light ingredients, mild white meats, and semi-cured cheeses. Every drop transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Equilibrio excelente

No soy de paladar fino, pero la diferencia con el típico aceite de supermercado es tremenda. Creo que es un aceite con un gran equilibrio. Eso sí, para las tostadas escogería un aceite con más carácter, que tuviera más fuerza.

Me ha encantado no solo el producto, si no también el cuidado con el que está empacado. El detalle de la descripción de los aceites es un mega plus, que se agradece al ser para regalar.
