Produced from early-harvested Picual olives, this oil stands out for its intense character, the result of efforts to preserve its natural and sustainable essence.

On the nose, it presents an intense aroma of olive leaves, with nuances of green apple, green almond and banana peel, with a touch of black pepper appearing at the end.

The palate is slightly sweet, quickly giving way to a bitter and medium spiciness. The nuances on the palate are reminiscent of arugula and green walnut.

It's an extra virgin olive oil ideal for accompanying dishes with intense flavors, potato- or pasta-based salads, and for adding a fun touch to desserts with dark chocolate.

Equilibrio excelente

No soy de paladar fino, pero la diferencia con el típico aceite de supermercado es tremenda. Creo que es un aceite con un gran equilibrio. Eso sí, para las tostadas escogería un aceite con más carácter, que tuviera más fuerza.
