This organic oil, which won the Jaén Selection 2025 award, is the culmination of decades of work initiated by Mr. Carlos Morillo at the head of the Jaén Olive Oil Mill.

It's made during the first days of harvest on the farms in Úbeda and Baeza. It's used to serve the company's traditional miller's breakfast.
