Why we chose it
With an average rainfall of between 200-250 mm per year, they produce oils that do not exist anywhere else. This coupage is an exercise in balance where each variety contributes a layer, without overshadowing the others. The aroma is complex, with notes of each of the varieties, but it is on the palate where the magic happens. It enters smoothly like the Arbequina, reveals the restrained bitterness of the Picual, and finally the spicy touches on the palate of the Hojiblanca. It is a three-beat rhythm that leaves no one indifferent.

Gold of the desert
Oro del Desierto is a family business located in Tabernas, Almería, dedicated to the production of high-quality organic extra virgin olive oil. Thanks to the region's semi-desert climate, with more than 3,000 hours of sunshine per year and minimal temperature variations, they produce excellent quality olives that produce oils with distinctive flavors and aromas. The company offers several single-varietal varieties such as Picual, Arbequina, Hojiblanca, and Lechín, as well as a blend that combines the best of each. Its commitment to sustainability and organic farming has been recognized with numerous national and international awards.
