WHY BUY AT MOLINO & CATA

Only oil from this season, at the mill price.

  • Expert selectionMercedes Uceda, judge at Evooleum, Ovibeja and Los Angeles IOOC, blind-tastes every reference before it enters the shop. Each new batch is re-evaluated.
  • Professional adviceYou will be served by professional tasters and they will help you choose according to how you will use it and what your tastes are.
  • Many referencesIn a single visit you can try picual, arbequina, arbosana, pajarera or lucio from different areas of Spain.
  • High turnover, fresh oilNo bottle spends months on the shelf: half of what we sell was bottled 16 days ago or less.
  • Only early harvestOlive oil from green-harvested olives, with more fruitiness and intensity. We advise the mills in the production and in choosing the optimal harvest time.
  • Only the current harvestAll the oil is from the current season. When the season changes, we remove all references from the previous one and redo the product selection.
  • Mill priceYou pay the same as at the mill. Our agreements with each producer allow us this, without a tourist area surcharge.
  • On the olive grove sideWe are partners in the promotion of the IGP Aceite de Jaén and Olivares Vivos, the European seal by SEO/BirdLife for biodiversity in the olive grove.
