How we work
Molino & Cata is an olive oil shop in the historic center of Granada founded by Mercedes Uceda, a professional taster, and Jerónimo Palacios. We combine a physical store, international e-commerce, tasting experiences, and professional services for the olive oil sector.
We value autonomy, curiosity, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. We like working with people who feel the product, not just sell it.
