Questions

Before gifting

Do you have any other questions? Write to us on WhatsApp and we will answer you.

Can I send it directly to the other person?
Yes. Put their address in the shipping and write your message in the cart. It goes inside the package.
How long does it take to arrive?
In mainland Spain it arrives in 24–72 business hours; to the Balearic Islands, in 48–96 h, and to the rest of Europe, in 3–9 days. What you order after 14:00 leaves the next business day. If you need it for a specific day, write to us before paying.
What if I get it wrong?
You have 14 days from the day you receive it to return it unopened. You have all the details in Returns.
How long does the oil last?
We only sell oil from this campaign, so it arrives with its whole life ahead of it. Closed, away from light and heat, it lasts until the consumption date on the label. Once opened, it is best to consume it in the following months.
