API for agents and developers
Molino & Cata is a premium extra virgin olive oil oleoteca in Granada. We expose our public catalog to AI agents and developers in two complementary, read-only ways, without requiring credentials: a public REST API and an MCP server. Both serve only public data (name, variety, sensory profile, tasting notes, pairing, formats, price and stock, tastings and services, and store information); never financial, personal, or internal data. Business operations (inventory, orders, refunds) live in a separate operator Agent API, protected with manually issued tokens.
