Character Powerful and Fruity Green

It has an intense green nose with nuances reminiscent of olive leaves, acorns, and green tomatoes, followed by hints of white pepper and spinach.

On the palate, it is an intense extra virgin olive oil with nuances of green wood and green almond, demonstrating its character from the start with a medium bitterness and a spiciness that reminds us of the classic chili pepper of a Hojiblanca.

This extra virgin olive oil is ideal for stews that require a final touch reminiscent of chili peppers, such as shrimp pil pil. It's also ideal for sauces and for finishing dishes like hummus.
