Four oils from a family mill at the foot of Sierra Nevada, between 1,000 and 1,300 metres of altitude. Picual, Arbequina, Blend, and Lemon — each with the personality that the altitude of Dilar imprints on it. We designed it as a home tasting to discover what the mountains do to olive oil.
Know every detail

Quaryat Dilar is a family-run almazara (olive oil mill) in Dilar, at the foot of Sierra Nevada, founded in 2009 by the Velasco family. Their estate, Las Animas, spans 130 hectares of olive groves between 1,000 and 1,300 metres altitude. This gift set brings together their four oils -- Picual, Arbequina, Blend, and Lemon -- in cardboard and sugarcane packaging.
In this set you will find the Picual, with character and aromas of tomato plant. The Arbequina, elegant with notes reminiscent of fruit puree. The Blend, complex and distinctive. And finally, Quaryat & Lemon, made by milling lemon peel from the Lecrin Valley together with Arbequina olives.
Three varieties and one flavoured oil that make an ideal gift for lovers of fine cuisine.
Four oils from Sierra Nevada, 30 minutes from our oleoteca (olive oil boutique), in sustainable packaging. This is the set we recommend to tourists who visit us and want to take something authentic from Granada home. We tell them the mill is right there, that they can visit it, and the story sells itself.

The three EVOOs (Picual, Arbequina, Blend) last 18 months sealed. The lemon-flavoured oil, 12 months. Once opened, consume within 2-3 months.
