Professional tasting sheets
We taste your oil with official panel methodology and generate a complete technical sheet: intensity of fruity, bitter and pungent attributes, sensory descriptors, defects (if any) and culinary recommendations. Ideal for back labels, product sheets and commercial communication.
Tasting panel training
We train and calibrate internal tasting panels for mills and cooperatives. From taster selection to evaluation methodology. Periodic follow-up to maintain panel reliability throughout the campaign.
Sensory consulting
We advise on how to improve the sensory profile of your oil: optimal harvest moment, production process management, filtering and storage. Every decision at the mill affects the final result in the glass.
