How we work
Molino & Cata is an oleoteca in the historic centre of Granada founded by Mercedes Uceda (professional taster) and Jerónimo Palacios. We combine a physical store, international e-commerce, tasting experiences and professional services for the olive oil sector.
We value autonomy, curiosity, attention to detail and a desire to learn. We like to work with people who feel the product, not just sell it.
