The Joyas of Molino & Cata represent the absolute pinnacle of extra virgin olive oil. They are productions of fewer than 5,000 bottles per campaign, crafted using methods that prioritise quality over yield: night or dawn harvesting, cold extraction below 20 °C and immediate bottling.

In Joyas we prioritise very limited-production oils, clear traceability and recognitions documented by each producer when available. The final selection always goes through professional tasting.

In this collection you will find limited editions of indigenous varieties such as Picual de Sierra Magina, Royal de Cazorla, Lucio from the Sierra Sur de Jaen and Lechin de Sevilla. Oils with history, terroir and unrepeatable personality.
