Good to know
Can I send to multiple addresses?
Yes. For single gifts, add each recipient at checkout. For corporate orders we accept a bulk address upload and can split-ship across the EU on a date you choose.
How does engraving work?
Up to 22 characters are laser-etched onto the bottle's glass — a name, a date, initials. It's free, adds no time to dispatch, and you preview it in the gift builder before you order.
What's the lead time for weddings and events?
Ready-made sets ship within 48 hours. For 50+ personalised favours we ask for 10 working days. Book a consultation and we'll lock your date.
Do the oils have a best-before?
Each bottle is milled fresh and labelled with its harvest date. Extra-virgin is best within 18 months; we never ship anything past the current or previous harvest.
Can corporate orders be invoiced?
Yes — pro-forma quotes, consolidated invoicing and EU VAT handling are standard. Request a quote and our team replies within 48 hours.
What if they don't like it?
Unopened gifts can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If a bottle arrives damaged, we replace it, no questions asked.
