Molino & Cata is an oleoteca in the historic centre of Granada specialising in singular extra virgin olive oils. Founded by Mercedes Uceda, certified professional taster, and Jerónimo Palacios.
Every oil on our list is personally selected by Mercedes after visiting the mill and tasting the harvest. We work directly with producers from across Spain.
