In this 90-minute sensory experience you will taste between 5 and 8 extra virgin olive oils from varieties such as Picual from Jaen — intense, herbaceous, with aromas reminiscent of a summer garden —, Arbequina — smooth, sweet and fruity —, Hojiblanca with its characteristic chilli-like pungency, and rare varieties such as Pajarera or Fulla de Salze that are harder to find.
