01 Do you work with small mills and cooperatives?
Yes. We adapt the scope to each project, from a one-off consultation on the harvest moment to support across the whole campaign. You don't need a large volume to produce an exceptional EVOO.
02 Do you carry out professional EVOO evaluation for competitions and guides?
Yes. We run professional tasting, identify defects and virtues, and orient each lot's presentation according to its profile and objectives.
03 At what point in the campaign is it best to start?
Ideally before the harvest. Determining the optimal harvest moment is the decision with the greatest impact on final quality, so the earlier we come in, the more room we have to fine-tune.
04 Is the training in person or online?
Both. We deliver in-company training at your mill, sessions in our tasting room in Granada and online programmes. Sensory tasting always includes guided practice with samples.
05 What does the in-house composting service include?
We design how to make use of the by-products of the grove and the mill —pomace, stone, leaves and pruning residue— to turn them into your own compost, reducing cost and footprint and closing the cycle on your estate.
06 Can you also take care of selling the oil?
Yes. We cover B2B commercialisation and the HORECA channel, plus the digital presence and advertising needed for the brand to reach the right customer.
