We cover the entire process: from harvesting the olives at the optimal moment of veraison, cold milling at the oil mill, filtering and bottling. You will understand why every production decision affects the sensory profile of the final oil.
Professional tasting of 8 oils
We will taste 8 extra virgin olive oils using professional methodology. We use the official blue tasting cup and analyse attributes such as fruitiness (green or ripe), bitterness, pungency, herbaceousness, nuttiness and velvety texture. You will compare monovarietals of Picual, Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Cornicabra and indigenous varieties from Granada.
