Extra virgin olive oil is a fresh product. Its quality depends on proper storage and consuming it within its optimal date. If an online shop does not tell you which lot it will ship or when it expires, you have no way of knowing if what you receive is from this harvest or two years ago.
Be wary of shops that do not publish this information. We show it because we believe you have the right to know exactly what you are buying.
Two 500 ml bottles of O-MED EVOO: one Arbequina and one Picual, both early harvest. Presented in a rigid cardboard case with inner protection.
One of the best options we have for gifting. The case comes ready to deliver directly. Both O-MED oils are among the most awarded in Spain, so you're not just giving oil: you're giving two bottles with a reputation behind them.
Both are early harvest with high polyphenol content, giving them a long shelf life. Sealed, 18-24 months. Opened, preferably consume within 2-3 months for full enjoyment. Store in darkness and away from heat.
