In this 90-minute sensory experience you'll taste between 5 and 8 extra virgin olive oils of varieties such as Picual from Jaén —intense, herbaceous and with aromas reminiscent of summer gardens—, Arbequina —soft, sweet and fruity—, Hojiblanca with its characteristic chilli-pepper pungency, and rare varieties such as Pajarera or Fulla de Salze that are harder to find.
