Tasting notes

It is an extra virgin olive oil with a bright green color, balanced and elegant, with positive attributes in spiciness and bitterness.

The nose presents an intense fruitiness with aromas of green olives and fruit trees, among which stand out the tomato plant, freshly cut grass, fig tree, artichoke, alloza and aromatic plants.

On the palate, it has a sweet, pleasant, and silky entrance. We find a great complexity in its attributes that reinforces what we saw previously on the nose.

Perfect with tender leaf salads, delicate steamed white fish, fresh cheeses, and roasted vegetables, enriching each dish with its delicate natural touch.
