Jabalcuz is the brand of the Andalusian cooperative Sierra de la Pandera. Located in Los Villares, at the foot of the Jabalcuz mountain range in Jaén, it produces Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils of the Picual variety, winners of awards such as the Jaén Selection and the IOC Mario Solinas.

The Andalusian Cooperative Society Sierra de la Pandera, located in Los Villares, Jaén, is recognized for its outstanding production ofExtra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)under the brand Aceites Jabalcuz.

Founded in October 2004 following the merger of the historic San Juan Bautista and Nuestra Señora del Rosario cooperatives, this cooperative combines tradition, innovation, and respect for the environment to offer exceptional products.

Jabalcuz Oils focuses mainly on thePicual variety, typical of Jaén, carefully selected to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

Early olive harvesting, carried out in October when the fruit is still green, guarantees an oil rich in natural antioxidants and with an intense fruity aroma, evoking fresh notes of green tomato, freshly cut grass and almond nuances.

The main reason why this oil shows such an intense green is because of the presence of chlorophyll, which is what gives it the rich presence of antioxidants.EVOO.
