How does the recipient redeem the gift?
Every voucher carries a unique code. They book a date online or by WhatsApp and enter the code at checkout — no extra payment for the experience they've been given.
How long is a gift valid?
Twelve months from the day you buy it. If they need a little longer, just message us — we're flexible.
Digital or a physical box?
Both. A digital voucher arrives by email instantly, perfect for last minute. Or we post the ceramic-print box anywhere in Spain in 24–48 h — choose at checkout.
Can they swap to a different experience?
Yes. A gift-by-value voucher applies to any experience. If you gifted a specific tasting, they can move up or down a tier and simply pay or be refunded the difference.
What if plans change?
Free date changes, and free cancellation up to 48 h before any booked date. Unredeemed gifts can be exchanged within the validity period.
