Hojiblanca with a green grass and leaf aroma, with notes of green tomato, aromatic herbs, and white pepper. A finish with hints of banana peel.

The palate starts sweet, then becomes bitter, and finally, a chili-like spiciness. The aftertaste is of green almonds and green tomatoes.

Ideal for making sauces that require a spicy touch, as well as for finishing off shrimp pil-pil. Also suitable for making salmorejos and gazpachos.

It combines perfectly with fresh pastas and pizzas to which we want to give a different touch.
