How does invoicing work?
We issue a full IVA invoice and receipt, handle purchase orders, and offer net rates to agencies and DMCs. A deposit holds the date; the balance is invoiced after the session.
Which languages can you host in?
Every session runs in Spanish or English — ideal for international teams and incoming groups.
Can you tailor the format?
Yes. Length, the competitive element, certificates, catering and take-home gifts are all adjustable. Share your goal and we'll build the session around it.
What's your cancellation policy?
