Four oils from a family mill at the foot of Sierra Nevada, between 1,000 and 1,300 metres of altitude. Picual, Arbequina, Blend, and Lemon — each with the personality that the altitude of Dilar imprints on it. We designed it as a home tasting to discover what the mountains do to olive oil.
Know every detail

Quaryat Dillar is a family olive oil mill in Dilar, at the foot of Sierra Nevada, founded in 2009 by the Velasco family. Their estate, Las Animas, has 130 hectares of olive groves between 1,000 and 1,300 metres of altitude. This gift set brings together their four oils — Picual, Arbequina, Blend, and Lemon — in cardboard and sugarcane packaging.
The Quaryat Picual received the second Mario Solinas Prize from the International Olive Council in 2024, the only oil from Granada among the winners. It has also won gold at the Dubai International Olive Oil Competition and was named Best Oil in Spain at the EVO IOOC in Italy in 2021. Four oils from Sierra Nevada, 30 minutes from our oleoteca, from a mill with Integrated Production certification and the Sierra Nevada Natural Park Product seal.
Four oils from Sierra Nevada, 30 minutes from the oleoteca, in sustainable packaging. It is the gift set we give to tourists who visit us and want to take home something authentic from Granada. We tell them the mill is right there, that they can visit it, and the story sells itself.

Extra virgin olive oil is a fresh product. Its quality depends on proper storage and consuming it within its optimal date. If an online shop does not tell you which lot it will ship or when it expires, you have no way of knowing if what you receive is from this harvest or two years ago.

Muy buena. Es un estuche con cuatro aceites distintos para probar, en un packaging bonito y sostenible. Funciona para Navidad, cumpleanos o para cualquier amante de la gastronomia que quiera descubrir algo nuevo.
Los tres AOVEs puros (Picual, Arbequina, Blend) duran 18 meses cerrados. El condimentado de limon, 12 meses. Una vez abiertos, consumir en 2-3 meses.
