Quaryat Dilar is a family-run almazara (olive oil mill) in Dilar, at the foot of Sierra Nevada, founded in 2009 by the Velasco family. Their estate, Las Animas, spans 130 hectares of olive groves between 1,000 and 1,300 metres altitude. This gift set brings together their four oils -- Picual, Arbequina, Blend, and Lemon -- in cardboard and sugarcane packaging.

In this set you will find the Picual, with character and aromas of tomato plant. The Arbequina, elegant with notes reminiscent of fruit puree. The Blend, complex and distinctive. And finally, Quaryat & Lemon, made by milling lemon peel from the Lecrin Valley together with Arbequina olives.

Three varieties and one flavoured oil that make an ideal gift for lovers of fine cuisine.

How long do the oils last?
The three EVOOs (Picual, Arbequina, Blend) last 18 months sealed. The lemon-flavoured oil, 12 months. Once opened, consume within 2-3 months.
