Tasting notes
This extra virgin olive oil presents aromas of fruit puree, ripe almond, and red tomato, with finishing notes of cinnamon. On the palate it enters sweet, giving way to almond notes and touches of fruit, leaving the mouth smooth with a gentle pungent touch at the end.
Pairing
Pairs with yoghurt and curd. Ideal for mayonnaises and sauces. Matches beautifully with white fish and stewed vegetables.
Goldlis is an elegant, round, and sweet coupage of Arbequina and Arbosana. It is an ideal oil for those who seek aromatic complexity but prefer sweet oils. I love using it in tastings to show that sweet oils can be complex. It is the oil that everyone likes and that disappoints no one.
