UNO has a quality that no other oil in our catalogue has: it donates 30% of its profits to charity. It was the first charitable EVOO in Spain. But that only makes sense if the oil is good -- and it is.
The Picual olives are picked in October from groves near Torrequebradilla, in the Jaen countryside. No more than 8 hours pass between harvest and extraction. The result: a complex and intense EVOO.

Uno destina un porcentaje de sus beneficios a colaborar con ONGs, cada año va cambiando. Este año colabora con Babies Uganda, pero lo que me importa como catadora es que el AOVE esté a la altura, y este lo está. Este picual tiene muchos matices vegetales: verde hoja, tomatera, endivia, rúcula y espinacas. En boca muestra carácter desde el principio con un amargo y picante equilibrados que dejan la boca fresca. Es solidario y es bueno, las dos cosas a la vez.
