O-MED's award-winning Picual is olive juice produced during the month of October with carefully selected olives from the family estate. It is mechanically extracted, cold-pressed, and continuously filtered after extraction to preserve its organoleptic characteristics to the fullest.

This Picual has won the Spanish Food Award for three consecutive years, in addition to being one of the most internationally recognized brands among consumers.

Picual with nuances of both grass and leaf green, with aromas reminiscent of green almonds, banana peel, and tomato. It also has hints of aromatic herbs and black pepper.

It starts sweet on the palate and then develops hints of bitterness and spiciness, leaving the mouth feeling very fresh. The aftertaste is reminiscent of green nuts, arugula, and endive.

Ideal for salads based on potatoes, pasta, quinoa, or legumes. For making salmorejos, ajo blanco, or gazpacho. For finishing off a plate of cured cheese or a plate of mojama. And for all kinds of toasts with cold cuts.
