This empeltre has a clear aroma of banana and green grass, with notes of red tomato and green almond. At the end, a touch of pear.

On the palate, it's a sweet explosion, with a very subtle bitterness and spiciness. The aftertaste is of fruit puree and melted almonds.

Ideal for making sauces and mayonnaise. Ideal for accompanying fresh cheeses and yogurts. It pairs perfectly with smoked and mild cured meats like turkey.
