We walk through the whole process: from harvesting the olive at the optimal moment of veraison, cold milling at the press, filtering and bottling. You'll understand why every decision in production affects the sensory profile of the final oil.
Professional tasting of 8 oils
We'll taste 8 extra virgin olive oils with professional methodology. We'll use the official blue tasting glass and analyse attributes like fruity (green or ripe), bitter, pungent, herbaceous, almond and velvety. You'll compare single-varieties of Picual, Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Cornicabra and native Granada varieties.
