About Oiltopia
Who are they?
Aceites Estrella del Guadalquivir SL, known commercially under the Oiltopía brand, is an innovative olive oil mill located in Villa del Río, in the province of Córdoba. Founded in 2009, the company acquired facilities with over half a century of tradition in the production of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). Since its inception, the strategic vision has focused on transforming these traditional facilities into a modern "connected 4.0" olive oil mill, leveraging technological and digital advantages to optimize production processes.
During its early years, Oiltopía underwent a profound technological overhaul and digitalization of its processes, significantly improving the final quality of its products. The company's working philosophy is based on complete vertical integration, from the direct management of olive farms to packaging and marketing, thus ensuring exhaustive control at every stage of the production process.
