Picual with a medium aroma of freshly cut grass, with notes of fig, tomato, and banana peel. Also present are hints of black pepper and aromatic herbs.

On the palate, it's smooth at first, followed by a medium bitterness and spiciness that quickly subside, leaving the palate refreshed. The aftertaste is of green almond and banana peel.

Equilibrio excelente

No soy de paladar fino, pero la diferencia con el típico aceite de supermercado es tremenda. Creo que es un aceite con un gran equilibrio. Eso sí, para las tostadas escogería un aceite con más carácter, que tuviera más fuerza.
